Join Rose for a guided journey through the Full Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, a flowing, mindful and empowering practice that strengthens, purifies, and aligns both body and mind.
Together, we’ll move through the traditional Ashtanga sequence as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, beginning with energising Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara A & B), then exploring Standing Postures, Seated Forward Folds, Twists, Hip Openers, Backbends and finishing with a peaceful Closing Sequence of inversions and rest.
You’ll be guided to connect breath (ujjayi pranayama) with movement (vinyasa), building inner heat, focus, and presence. This structured, rhythmic flow supports deep transformation: cleansing the body, calming the nervous system and expanding self-awareness.
