This 90-minute session runs once per month and offers a relaxed, supportive space to explore the basics, from getting comfortable with the hammock to trying your first inversions. It’s ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to dip their toes in before committing to a course.
For those ready to build confidence and consistency, our Aerial Yoga Foundations course is a 4-week journey designed to support you every step of the way. You’ll learn key techniques, build strength, and develop the skills needed to move into regular classes with ease.

Aerial isn’t just about strength and movement; we also offer restorative and yin-style aerial classes that support a slower, more therapeutic approach to movement. These sessions can be a gentle, remedial practice, helping to ease tension, improve mobility, and support recovery through supported stretches and decompression.
Alongside these, our Aerial Yin and Sound class, held once per month, offers a deeply immersive experience. Using the hammock for support, you’ll melt into longer-held stretches while being guided by soothing sound, helping you fully decompress, relax, and reset both body and mind.
A slow-paced class utilizing low-hanging hammocks to hold deep stretches for longer periods, focusing on relaxation and joint release. Emphasises spinal decompression through zero-compression inversions, aiming to alleviate joint pressure and pain.
A dynamic, higher-intensity class that links movement with breath, often including inversions, flips, and strengthening for a comprehensive workout. Adaptations are always offered, ensuring the practice is accessible and can be tailored to suit all levels and individual needs.
Power Aerial Flow focuses heavily on strengthening the core, arms, and back by using the hammock for added resistance and instability. This high-energy class builds strength, control, and endurance through dynamic sequences, while adaptations are always offered to ensure exercises can be adjusted for different abilities and experience levels.
Aerial Yin is a slower, deeply restorative class that uses the hammock to support the body in longer-held, passive stretches. It focuses on releasing tension, improving flexibility, and calming the nervous system, creating a meditative and grounding experience. Safely exploring deeper stretches, including backbends and splits, with greater support and ease. Adaptations are always offered, so each pose can be adjusted to suit individual needs and comfort levels.
75 minute class suitable for beginners and beyond. Deeply relaxing class combining supported aerial yin postures with the soothing vibrations of sound. Melt into longer-held stretches in the hammock while being guided into a state of calm and stillness through sound therapy.
