We love Yin at Yoga Rise. It’s the perfect class to land after a strong practice or when you’re ready to slow it all the way down.
Yin isn’t easy; it’s deep, it’s still, and it asks you to stay. Through long-held, floor-based postures, we work into the connective tissues, fascia, joints, and ligaments, allowing the body to gradually release tension and create space.

At Yoga Rise Blackpool, some of our classes are heated using infrared technology, creating a warm and comfortable environment that enhances your practice without the discomfort often associated with traditional heated rooms.

Unlike conventional heating, which warms the air, infrared rays directly warm your body and the surfaces around you, much like the gentle warmth of the summer sun, but without the harmful UV exposure.
