GENERAL
All items purchased at Yoga Rise, whether in-person or online, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any unused credit on an account or gift card will expire one year from the date of purchase/transfer. Yoga Rise cannot be held responsible for any lost credit in £ or on class packs after this time.
All class pack credits expire according to individual purchases (see pricing page) and drop-in credits within one month of purchase.
Customer accounts that remain inactive for more than 2 years may have data deleted.
All participants must sign the Yoga Rise Health & Safety Waiver on their Momence Account prior to attending any class, workshop or event, online or in-person. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have understood and signed the waiver and are in good health before participating in a class or event.
Pregnant students must have consulted their GP or Midwife before attending any classes that are not specifically pregnancy-related and must have an established yoga practice. They should also recognise that the instructor may not be qualified to teach pregnant students. If unsure, they should restrict their practice to designated Pregnancy Yoga from 15 weeks onwards.
CLASS PACKS AND MEMBERSHIPSAll Class Packs and Intro Offers activate on the date of your first booking. Once the first class is booked, you can only book classes on dates that fall after your activation date.
You can freeze your 3-month or 6-month membership once per year for 2 weeks. Your next renewal will be adjusted to reflect the freeze. We cannot freeze/pause your monthly membership for individual days or portions of the 2 weeks. Please get in touch with us at least one month in advance of your next payment due date.
If you have a 3-month or 6-month membership and contact us for a 2-week ‘holiday’ extension. We cannot extend your pass for more than 2 weeks unless you have exceptional circumstances.
BOOKING AND WAITLISTSWe strongly recommend booking your class in advance, as we have a limited number of spaces available. If the class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. Please note that you will need to have a valid payment option to join the waitlist.
If you are on the waitlist and a space opens up (due to a cancellation) and you are next in line, you will receive an auto-email notifying you that you have been added to the class register. This service is fully automated and can reach you at any time.
If you receive the notification email at short notice (less than 1 hour) and cannot attend the class, please email us to let us know.
CLASS PACK EXTENSIONS
The Yoga Rise class packs (non-renewing) have a limited number of days/weeks to use them as follows. All class packs activate on the date of your first booking.
- 5 Class Pack: valid for 6 weeks (42 days)
- 10 Class Pack: valid for 10 weeks (70 days)
- 16 Class Pack: valid for 12 weeks (84 days)
- 20 Class Pack: valid for 3 months (90 days)
Class packs can be extended for one further month for an additional charge of £10. Class packs can only be extended once. Please contact

Intro Offers and discounted class packs cannot be extended.
CANCELLATIONIf you are booked into a studio or online class but can no longer attend, you must cancel the class. To do this, you must do so through your Momence profile.
Yoga Rise’s class cancellation policy is three hours. If you do not cancel with at least three hours' notice, it will be considered a late cancellation, and your credit will not be refunded to your account.
If you ‘Early Cancel’ (up to three hours before class), the class credit will automatically be returned to your account.
If your class is cancelled by Yoga Rise, your credit will be refunded to your account.
Workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable unless cancelled by the studio.
PROMOTIONS AND OFFERSNo extensions are permitted on any discounted, sale, or promotional class packages and purchases.
The 3 classes for £30 Studio Intro Offer is for new members only and is valid for 21 days from the date of your first booking.
If you have previously purchased the 3 for £30 Intro Offer and attempt to re-purchase it while ineligible (or if you have purchased it in error), our team may challenge you, and the offer will be revoked.
ONLINE YOGA CLASSESYoga Rise cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused while following an online yoga class (livestream or on-demand). Please ensure you are in good health prior to joining the class.
If you are pregnant, please consult your midwife or doctor. We recommend practising Pregnancy (Antenatal) Yoga classes from 15 weeks of pregnancy onwards. We cannot guarantee the suitability of any other yoga classes for your pregnancy or postnatally.

WORKSHOPSAll workshops, courses, day retreats, group sound meditation and other events purchased at the studio or online are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you are unable to attend a workshop or event you've booked, please notify us as soon as possible at
hello@yogariseblackpool.com.
A credit to your account or a monetary refund will be provided if Yoga Rise cancels the workshop.
Some events will only run if there is a minimum number set by the studio/teacher. If it is cancelled for this reason, you will receive a refund.
RETAILAll items purchased at the studio or online are non-refundable.
Credit on account at Yoga Rise or exchange will be provided if an item is found faulty or in unusable condition.
TIMEKEEPINGWe ask that customers arrive at least 10 minutes before class to allow time for check-in, changing, and getting settled. If you have booked a class and do not arrive on time, you risk losing your space to someone on the waitlist. There is no reception desk, so customers must arrive 10 minutes early for class. We are cashless and do not accept payments at the studio. All classes must be booked in advance. Doors will close as soon as the class begins.
LOST & FOUNDAll students are responsible for their own belongings. All items left behind will be stored in ‘Lost & Found’. Please speak to your teacher or email us at
hello@yogariseblackpool.com if you think you might have left something at the studio. Items will be kept for one month, and anything left unclaimed will be given to charity.
Yoga Rise Blackpool cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or stolen on the premises. Please keep your valuables with you and keep a close eye on your belongings.
